This is just a reminder that all sites hosted on volumes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are currently undergoing maintenance as we move all sites and accounts over to the new hardware.

For those hosted on those particular volumes you may notice speed, connectivity or redirection issues occasionally as your sites are migrated and for this we do apologize as we’re trying to keep that to a minimum.

As of today, you will be unable to login to your FTP / File Manager account until after your account has been processed in order to both speed things up and to prevent any potential errors in the data migration process. This will take time but as soon as your account has been moved to the new hardware, you will regain the ability to login to FTP and File Manager immediately.

We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause you or your users and will continue to try to make it as fast as possible.

We have completed the transition of all websites hosted on VOL6 to the new hardware, all users hosted on VOL6 should now notice markedly improved speed and loading times for their websites.

If you have trouble accessing your File Manager or FTP account and you are hosted on VOL6, please contact support regarding the issue.

The next volumes to be worked on over the next two days are VOL1, VOL2, VOL3 and VOL4 so for all users whose websites are hosted on those volumes, we highly recommend taking a backup of your files and keeping it up-to-date in the event you must restore the data after your account has been processed. Once maintenance has begun on your volume you will be unable to access File Manager or FTP and you may experience performance or loading issues on your websites.

We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance has caused you or your viewers and will continue to try to make it as quick and expedient as possible.
